Senior Partner, Global Account Lead

Linda Culliton is a Senior Partner and Global Account Lead in Korn Ferry's New York office.

Ms. Culliton brings a 30-year track record developing and implementing global initiatives and solutions on behalf of her clients. Her experience spans the Industrial, Consumer, Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences and Professional Services Industries. Her focus and deep expertise across Industry has been optimizing the return on her clients' People investments.

Ms. Culliton joined Korn Ferry from AON, plc (Aon Hewitt) where she was a Partner and Global Account Leader. Most recently she managed a portfolio of six Fortune 100 global clients across 100 countries supporting her clients' extensive HR strategy and transformation efforts, merger, acquisition and divestiture efforts and global rewards harmonization and alignment.

Prior to this, Ms. Culliton was a Partner at Mercer and was recruited to build and lead Mercer's Integrated Health and Productivity Practice. She also served as US Health and Welfare Practice Sales and Market Leader. Here, she developed regional leadership and high performing, global teams focused on driving client business results.

Ms. Culliton began her career with General Electric and gained Finance, Human Resources and Information Systems experience. After graduating from GE's Finance and Information Systems Leadership Programs as a dual program trainee, and spending time on GE's Financial Audit staff, she held various leadership roles over ten years. These ranged from internally managing GE's Shareowner Services (550,000 shareholders), GE's Retirement Savings Plan (220,000 employees) to leading the development and implementation of an award winning program that earned GE the C. Everett Koop National Health Award for measurably improving company-wide health and productivity.

Ms. Culliton received a BA in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and currently serves on the board for Quality Services for the Autism Community (QSAC).
