Liz Moulton is a Senior Client Partner and leader in the Global Sports and Nonprofit practices at Korn Ferry. Liz conducts executive searches, talent consulting, and organizational assessments for national and global sports leagues, preeminent media organizations, and related nonprofit organizations. She is based in the Firm’s New York and Boston offices.

Among her recent searches, Ms. Moulton led the recruitment of Commissioners for several of the nation’s most prominent collegiate sports conferences and professional leagues; President of a globally-recognized professional sports team;  Athletic Director for a premier Division I university; and Chief Executive Officer for the foundation dedicated to the work of iconic sports leader.

Ms. Moulton specializes in searches focused on diversity, with specific focus on the growth of women executives in sports, and is recognized as a leader in advising organizations on how to recruit and retain diverse talent.  She also works regularly with colleges, universities, foundations, and other nonprofits focused on empowerment, education, and community development.    

Prior to joining the executive search industry, Ms. Moulton served as a business development and client relations director for the Advisory Board Company, a consulting firm focused on serving executives at the country’s leading higher education and health care institutions. Ms. Moulton began her career as a teaching fellow and coach with the Coalition of Essential Schools, funded by the Gates Foundation.

Ms. Moulton received her B.A. from Georgetown University and her M.A. in Leadership from Harvard University, where she was the recipient of the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Leadership in Education Award and Merit Scholarship. At Georgetown, Ms. Moulton was a member of the Varsity Women’s Field Hockey team.
