Ms. Lorraine Hack is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry specializing in the technology/digital and consumer practices. With corporate experience prior to joining search, she has held executive positions in industry including CFO, COO, Head of Corporate Strategy.

Having worked at MTV Networks/Viacom for a decade with additional experience at Paramount Pictures, HBO and Sesame Workshop, Ms. Hack was also an early employee at for-profit, online education venture Fathom where she built the corporate infrastructure. This base in industry has led Ms. Hack to focus on the technology and consumer industries as well as media & entertainment.  Ms. Hack brings technology and digital executives and capabilities to companies in a myriad of non-tech industries for various C-Suite roles.

Ms. Hack’s clients have run the gamut of early stage, both venture capital and private equity, to publicly traded in all geographies. She is increasingly involved in the NFT/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency sector and was asked to speak at NFT.NYC 2022 with over 20k attendees globally, where they minted a Lorraine Hack NFT.  

A frequent public speaker, Ms. Hack has shared her expertise on upgrading organizational talent, cultural transformation, multiple career topics and elevating the role of women’s advancement.

Ms. Hack is a founding Board member of Women in America (WIA), a unique mentoring program for professional women with other female executives including Fortune 500 CEOs.  She served as Chair of the organization from 2016 to 2019. More than 300 women have graduated from the WIA program.  

In 2018, Ms. Hack was named to the National Girl Scouts Board and serves on the Compensation Committee. She was asked to lead the CEO Search Committee in 2020 yielding the organization’s first CEO with a for-profit background.

Ms. Hack earned a Bachelor of Science from New York University in Finance and International Business; she holds an MBA from Fordham University, with a concentration in Media and Communications.
