For over twenty-five years, Mr. Janin has consulted with executive management in Europe, North America, and Asia. He partners with organizations to align their people strategy with their business strategies, define the competencies that will support their strategy in the future, and build their key talent pools using the full array of Korn Ferry resources. Mr. Janin also engages one-on-one with executives to help them tackle personal challenges and development issues.

As an executive with pan-European responsibilities, Mr. Janin experiences many of the same challenges his clients face. His experience helps him implement short- and long-term solutions that produce the greatest effective return. Clients appreciate Mr. Janin's spirit, creativity, openness, ability to establish a high level of trust, and talent for making change happen.

Prior to working for Korn Ferry, Mr. Janin held the position of VP & Managing Director for PDI France for fifteen years. Previously he was director, innovation and strategic marketing, with a major European management consultancy and training firm in Paris, France after having worked in the United States as a research associate doing aerodynamics fundamental and applied research.

Mr. Janin holds a doctorate in fluid dynamics from Colorado State University and a master's degree in clinical organizational psychology from INSEAD. He is fluent in both English and French.
