Ms. McGee is an experienced business leader and management consultant. Her recent career includes over fifteen years in executive roles, with both a US-based and a leading European human capital consulting firm, in which she was also involved in senior client delivery. She also set up and led a leadership consulting business within one of Europe’s leading publicly held recruitment firms. She has worked with clients across all sectors, from global, FTSE 100 firms to fast-growing AIM listed and PE-backed companies.

During three years in the public sector, she led culture transformation within one of the UK’s largest forensic mental health NHS trusts, working with the board to develop and successfully execute a new vision, values, brand and stakeholder management strategy, in the context of seeking foundation status following a turnaround.

Prior to this, Ms. McGee was a senior manager with Dun & Bradstreet where she led the development of a number of market diversification initiatives, including major associated sales education programs both internally and with partner organizations.

Ms. McGee has worked on a range of consulting projects, but has particular expertise in senior team effectiveness, leadership development, and organizational transformation. She has spoken at CBI and CIPD events, and written for the IoD, ICAEW and TES on leadership topics.

In her earlier career, Ms. McGee worked in various commercial and management roles in the telecommunications industry, including for British Telecommunications plc and Logica plc.

She is qualified at BPS Level A, and also in the use of 16PF, MBTI®, Hogan HPI, HDS and MVPI, and ViaEdge amongst others.

Ms. McGee holds post graduate diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a first class honors degree in English from Southampton University.

She is a trustee of a women’s refuge charity.
