Principal

Luk Lammens is a Principal located in Korn Ferry’s Brussels office with an extensive consulting experience in talent management and organizational development. 

He  specialized in individual and team coaching journeys for senior level, midlevel leaders and targeted high potential cohorts of global companies. His approach to coaching is systemic, consultative and collaborative, combining a diverse repertoire of coaching frameworks and tactics to foster professional growth, maturity and performance of his coachees and the teams that he is supporting.

Mr. Lammens engages with leaders across industries, levels, functions and career stages. His coaching specialties include high potential acceleration, fast track leadership development, career management, conflict mediation, team alignment, high performance work teams and succession management.

Mr. Lammens sector expertise spans industrial, technology, pharma & healthcare, banking & financial services, consumer and professional services environments. He consults in Europe, the Middle East and Northern-Africa, working fluently in Dutch, English and French with basic knowledge of German.

Mr. Lammens joined the firm, via acquisition of Hay Group, in 2008. He has held leadership positions within the Firm, acted as the Head of Leadership & Talent for the Belgian office of Korn Ferry Hay Group (2011-2015).

Prior to Korn Ferry, he was Director of Arts & Business Belgium, served in the consulting practice at a boutique firm, after a career as clinical psychologist with special expertise in suicide prevention and post-traumatic stress disorder. He is qualified in a number of leading HR methodologies and certified in the use of numerous psychometric instruments with a broad-range of business applications.

Mr. Lammens has a Masters degree in Psychology and a Bachelors degree in Philosophy at the Catholic University of Leuven and an MBA in Cultural Management at the University of Antwerp.

He is a licensed Psychologist in Belgium.
