EMEA Practice Lead, People Strategy & Performance

Marco Mingolla is based in Korn Ferry’s Copenhagen office and leads Korn Ferry’s EMEA Practice for People and Talent Strategies, Performance Management, HR Excellence and Employee Experience and Well-Being.

Mr. Mingolla has more than 25 years’ experience in optimizing and consulting clients on organizational, leadership and talent processes, and in transforming HR functions to provide strategic relevance and human-centric employee experiences.

Mr. Mingolla has led numerous large-scale, strategic culture and talent transformation engagements across a range of industries and specialises in the improving the ecosystem between between organizational purpose and cadence, human-centric leadership and human capacity. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Mingolla worked with Danish-based A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, ending up as the Global Head of HR for DAMCO, the conglomerate's logistics unit.

During this and previous roles, Mr. Mingolla was deeply involved in ensuring that both core HR strategies and leadership and talent processes enabled the business strategy and has been responsible for driving large multinational cultural transformations. 

In his earlier career, Mr. Mingolla has led the global implementation of Lean Six Sigma and served with the Danish Royal Danish Guards lastly as Commanding Officer.

Mr. Mingolla graduated from the Royal Danish Army Military Academy before completing an Executive Masters in Strategic Human Resources Management at SDA Bocconi and Cornell University (Valedictorian). In addition, he has a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard (honors). As well as Danish and English, Mr. Mingolla is fluent in Italian.
