Mr. Schneider is an active ambassador in developing Korn Ferry’s integrated solution approach with international clients. He is leading premium client management assignments across Europe and the world.

With his personal commitment, he has been building sustainable client relationships and advises industrial organizations in attracting, engaging and retaining top management leaders.

Mr. Schneider is also a member of Korn Ferry’s CEO & Board Practice, consulting companies in developing the best candidates for the number-one position of industrial companies and in forming and assessing diverse and effective Advisory Boards.

Mr. Schneider studied International Business in the US and received his post-graduate degree (MBA) with focus on Change Management from the University of Nyenrode in the Netherlands. He speaks English and German.

Mr. Schneider leads search assignments for in the Financial Officer Center of Expertise, where he focuses on senior finance leadership positions including Group CFOs, Regional and Divisional Finance Directors and (S)VPs in Controlling, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax, Audit and Investor Relations across all industries and regions.

He advises international organizations in the recruiting and retaining of CEO, COO, CSO, CMO and (S)VP positions. He focuses on the following sectors: Diversified Manufacturing, Chemicals and Materials, Aviation, Aerospace & Defense.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Schneider has delivered senior executive search assignments for more than 20 years with focus on the Industrial Practice and Financial Officer Practice.
