Mr. Zeinoun has worked with a variety of clients across various business industries in both public and private sectors assisting them in talent solutions and performance improvement initiatives. He is a leading consultants in the region with over 15 years of consulting experience and an outstanding knowledge of Korn Ferry work methodologies.

Mr. Zeinoun is accredited in Behavioral Event Interviewing as well as in Inventory of Leadership Styles and Organization Climate Surveys. He has delivered successful integrated solutions and transformation projects for organizations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the Middle East, and the Far East.

Mr. Zeinoun was the lead assessor for a regulatory authority assessing the executive team against leadership competencies. This included conducting feedback sessions and helping the participants build their personal development plans. He conducted a similar project for an industrial development organization in the UAE.

Mr. Zeinoun recently conducted an assessment project at a ministry in Saudi Arabia. The participants were all levels of general managers. He was involved in the setting up and running the assessment center as well as conducting one to one interviews with the participants. The scope of work included the design of a case study, a group assessment and a one to one presentation.

Mr. Zeinoun recently conducted the assessment of the CEO candidate for a leading German multinational.

Mr. Zeinoun holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HRCI institute in Alexandria, USA and his masters in business administration from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Previously, Mr. Zeinoun assumed managerial roles in global consulting firms such as Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers leading the human capital team and serving various industries in the GCC.
