Ms. Johnson has more than twenty years of consulting and corporate experience. Her specialties include change management, leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, and employee/labor relations. She has worked with both private and public sector executives in a variety of industries including consumer goods and services, higher education, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, transportation, city and state government.

As a coach, her typical clients are highly motivated, high-performing, mid- and senior-level leaders who are committed to personal and professional excellence. Ms. Johnson specializes in working with high-potential executives who are striving for greater impact and want to expand their ability to influence the success of their organization. Her approach to coaching is practical, collaborative, and action-oriented, focusing on helping clients address immediate issues, while acquiring new tools and skills that will enable them to lead effectively through any situation.

Prior to joining the Firm via PDI Ninth House, Ms. Johnson served as a corporate change management expert for Kimberly-Clark Corporation supporting a variety of business-unit and global change initiatives. In addition, she lead a global team of professionals in the design and implementation of global development and succession planning processes. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Ms. Johnson spent more than ten years at AT&T (formerly BellSouth) where she was responsible for high potential and executive assessments, coaching for Sr. Leaders, and facilitating succession planning decisions with the senior leadership team. In addition, she led a team of strategic HR business partners in supporting multiple corporate and operational business unit leaders.

She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Georgia Psychological Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Ms. Johnson earned both her doctoral and master’s degrees in clinical psychology from Emory University in Atlanta and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She also attended the College of Executive Coaching and is a licensed psychologist.
