Mark Devine is the Centre of Excellence Leader across Australia and New Zealand and is responsible for leading a team of sourcing, technology, employer branding, process and innovation specialists to create and drive ‘best in class’ practices across Futurestep’s RPO and Project solutions. 

He leads an ANZ based thought-leading talent acquisition advisory and innovation team to define and deliver programs to improve processes, systems, brand and candidate experience for our RPO clients.

With 20 years of talent acquisition, brand and communications experience, Mr. Devine has worked with some of Australia’s leading corporations including NAB, Australia Post, Foster’s Group, AAPT and Telstra. 

Commencing his career in communications (change, brand and corporate), he has spent the last decade leading large in-house recruitment teams at NAB and Australia Post, with a particular focus on strategic talent acquisition.

Mr. Devine has developed and delivered programs in the areas of employer brand, sourcing, internal mobility and recruitment process change. His success leading NAB’s employer branding and strategic sourcing function culminated in a Fairfax Employment Marketing Award (FEMA), signifying industry recognition over multiple years.

He brings a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing HR leaders from his time spent within complex and diverse organisations. Mr. Devine is passionate about working with operational recruitment teams to drive best practice across recruitment RPO clients and ensuring continual improvement is delivered across all resourcing solutions.

He holds a BA Arts Honours Degree from Monash University as well as a Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University.
