Mark Higham is an Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s London office.

Mr. Higham’s focus is on creating practical solutions that business leaders will support and that clearly align to company objectives. He leads work across multiple industries including restructuring projects for global businesses, spanning analysis of organization structures, assessment of high potentials, workforce implications and culture change.

Mr. Higham leads executive team development and assessment projects for senior directors to improve management practices and business performance, including improvements in company culture and employee engagement.

Previously, Mr. Higham worked in financial services in corporate strategy development, relationship management, e-commerce, and marketing. He supports clients across many sectors, with a particular emphasis on industrial and financial services markets.

Mr. Higham’s expertise lies in connecting the components of organizational change, from structures and processes, to culture, leadership and managing performance. He is experienced in strategy execution and organizational design, talent strategy and work design, leadership development, coaching and facilitation, and assessment and selection.

Mr. Higham has a law degree from the University of Dundee and an master’s of business administration from Edinburgh Business School.
