§Marlys Aukee is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry advisory business, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. She is part of the global Industrial Practice and is Korn Ferry’s North American Advisory Lead for Agribusiness.
Ms. Aukee joined Korn Ferry in 1994 and has over twenty-five years of experience crafting strategically aligned solutions for purposes of enterprise and C-Suite succession, performance management, and designing development systems for executive and high-potential leaders.
As part of Korn Ferry’s global Industrial Practice her goal is to partner with clients to understand their strategy and growth objectives and designs talent solutions to address their unique business needs.
She is a co-founder of Korn Ferry’s Global Agribusiness Practice and leads Korn Ferry’s Women In Agribusiness Initiative.
Ms. Aukee has deep experience with multinational clients, working extensively in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions, including an expatriate assignment in Australia.
Ms. Aukee takes a responsive, collaborative approach that focuses on helping clients achieve outstanding business results. Her global experience ideally positions her to develop solutions crossing boundaries of language, culture, and market variation.
Ms. Aukee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
