Mathé Grenier

Ms. Grenier has over 25 years’ experience supporting Boards, CEOs, senior executives, and human resources leaders across multiple industries to make decisions about leadership, talent and capability to enhance business outcomes.

She has worked extensively with clients in the industrial sector to design and execute robust succession plans and talent strategies. Her work includes on-boarding the new CEO as well as creating strong leadership pipelines.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Grenier worked with LHH-Knightsbridge as national client solutions lead and western team lead, driving regional business growth of the leadership solutions practice. 

As a business advisor, facilitator and executive coach, Ms. Grenier works closely with C-suite executives and their teams to improve business performance through talent management strategies, succession planning, leadership assessment and development, and leading change.  

Ms. Grenier has partnered with many global organizations to design and implement end to end talent solutions aligned to their evolving strategy.

Ms. Grenier shares her expertise and insights on talent management, succession and leading through change at client and industry conferences and various publications.

Ms. Grenier is Vice Chair and a member of the HR Committee on the Board of bc211 and is a member of the faculty of the Directors College. 

Ms. Grenier earned her masters degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Waterloo and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and management from McGill University, in Montreal. She also holds an ICD.D from The Rotman School of Business. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Women’s Executive Network, and the Vancouver Board of Trade.

Ms. Grenier is fully bilingual in both English and French.
