Mathé Grenier is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry Hay group, based in the firm’s Vancouver office.

Ms. Grenier has over 25 years’ experience supporting Boards, CEOs, senior executives, and human resources leaders across multiple industries to make decisions about leadership, talent and capability to enhance business outcomes.

Ms. Grenier works with boards and CEOs of both publicly traded companies and Crown Corporations to design and execute their CEO and leadership succession plans. Her work includes on-boarding the new CEO as well as creating strong leadership pipeline. 

As a business advisor, facilitator and executive coach, Ms. Grenier works closely with C-suite executives and their teams to improve business performance through talent management strategies, succession planning, leadership assessment and development, and leading change.

Ms. Grenier shares her expertise and insights on talent management, succession and leading through change at client and industry conferences and various publications. Ms. Grenier is chair of the Human Resource Committee on the board of bc211 and is a member of the faculty of the Directors College.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group, Ms. Grenier worked with LHH-Knightsbridge as national client solutions lead and western team lead, driving regional business growth of the leadership solutions practice.

Ms. Grenier earned her masters degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Waterloo and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and management from McGill University, in Montreal. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Women’s Executive Network, and the Institute of Public Administration of Canada.

Ms. Grenier is fully bilingual in both English and French.
