Managing Principal

Matt Jones is a Managing Principal for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's New York office.

Mr. Jones has developed and deployed many large-scale integrated solutions for leading global organizations. He has extensive experience in the design of development programs for high potential talent and has coached leaders to help them leverage their strengths, increase their effectiveness, and reach their full potential.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was director of leadership development at a big four auditor, senior vice president of global leadership development at a professional services firm, and vice president of talent solutions at a high level management consulting firm.

Mr. Jones partners with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges. His experience and expertise help him to provide solutions that fit each client's unique situation to ensure impact and long-term success.

His client work is focused on competency modeling, leadership assessment and development, talent management, and executive coaching. With over twenty years of practical experience in both internal and external consulting roles, Mr. Jones helps organizations identify, build, and deploy the talent they need to excel and gain a competitive advantage.

Mr. Jones holds a doctor of philosophy degree in applied psychology and a master of science degree in applied psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Jones is a member of the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology and is an adjunct faculty member at New York University.
