Based in the firm’s Washington, DC office, Mr. Redmond is a broad-based HR executive and professional recognized for partnering with executives to develop and execute talent strategies and programs that support business priorities and organizational outcomes.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry,  he was the managing director of talent management and development, Worley Parsons; vice president of talent development, Fannie Mae; principal, Redmond Leadership Consulting, LLC; vice president of organizational capability, Starwood Hotels; and senior vice president of talent solutions, Aon Consulting.

He has successfully developed a variety of large-scale, integrated leadership assessment, development, succession and talent management solutions for both mid-cap and larger global organizations.

With extensive experience in the design of development programs for senior executive and high potential talent, Mr. Redmond frequently coaches senior leaders during change,  onboarding and upward succession into higher level roles.

He has over 25 years of experience working in the aerospace, consumer products, defense, engineering, energy, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, industrials, insurance, manufacturing, non-profit, pharmaceutical, professional services, and technology products and services.

Mr. Redmond has a doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from James Madison University. He has an executive coaching certification from i-Coach at Baruch University and is a member of the Society of Industry/Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Planning Society.
