In his decade with Korn Ferry, Michael has partnered closely with leadership teams of major financial institutions, banks of all sizes and non-bank financial services providers across North America.  He has a deep understanding of the competitive market, regulatory and governance environment, and talent landscape surrounding banking, lending and payments businesses.  He advises the industry’s leaders on how to best attract and engage top talent.

Michael has primarily focused on delivering executive search for his clients and has successfully placed hundreds of executives across a variety of roles and functions including Chief Executive, Divisional and Regional P&L Leadership, Risk, Credit, Finance, Treasury, Operations and Sales.

Michael joined Korn Ferry in 2012 after spending several years with another search firm in Charlotte, North Carolina where he worked across the firm’s corporate finance & accounting, commercial banking and wealth management practices. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Wake Forest University and began his career in wealth management.
