Ms. Viner also worked in a nonprofit childcare services, research, and advocacy organization serving families in Los Angeles.

Ms. Viner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Washington, both in art history. She has served as a member of the Williams College Alumni Association Executive Committee and the Nominating Committee.
