Neil Griffiths is Korn Ferry Futurestep’s Global Brand, Marketing & Communications leader.

In this role, Mr. Griffiths has responsibility for market strategy, client engagement and thought leadership initiatives across the business. In addition, he also has ownership of our employer brand and change communications solutions and consults with regional clients across multiple industries to enhance their reputation as employers.

Utilising Korn Ferry IP, Mr. Griffiths works with clients to develop global or targeted value propositions, as well as creative strategies to attract, engage and retain talent.

With almost 20 years’ experience in the communications industry, Mr. Griffiths was formerly the Global Creative Director at Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) where he founded the resourcing communications business, managing employer branding, sourcing and recruitment innovation across a broad client base.

Prior to AMS, Mr. Griffiths spent 10 years at the Bernard Hodes Group, a global integrated talent solutions group and subsidiary of DAS/Omnicom. As Regional Creative Director and a founding member of a branding consultancy, he worked with an international client base on diverse recruitment communication projects.

Mr. Griffiths began his career in consumer advertising and has since become a keynote speaker at regional conferences, and a judge at several industry awards. He is often quoted in the media for thought leadership relating to Talent Solutions.
