Mr Cutts is a Senior Client Partner in Advisory of Korn Ferry Dubai. Mr. Cutts has solid international experience as an Executive Talent and Leadership Development Consultant in both Europe and the Middle East. His expertise involves working directly with individuals in his leadership assessment and coaching activities; with teams in his leadership development and team development work; and at the organisational level in his succession management, talent strategy, and organisational development work.

Working from our Dubai office, Mr. Cutts has over 16 years’ experience, 7 of which have been in the Middle East. He has managed large projects for multi-national companies including executive level assessments, leadership development programmes design and delivery, C-level succession management projects, and competency framework implementation projects.

Before joining Korn Ferry, he worked in senior positions for several of the top talent management consultancy firms operating in the EMEA region. Originally from the UK, his work has led him to travel across Europe and the Middle East. His work in the UK included acting as a named executive assessor for the UK Home Office and National Health Service.

Recent consultancy assignments have included Localisation projects focusing on Gulf National talent development, executive coaching and team development initiatives, executive assessment and succession programmes, talent strategy consulting, and competency modelling and framework design.

He holds the Specialist in Psychometric Test Use license from the British Psychological Society and has trained and accredited many psychometric practitioners across the World in a variety of different tools. He has introduced several assessment methodologies and tools to the Middle East including the EQi™ and NEO PIR™ assessments.

Mr. Cutts holds a BSc(Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from prominent London Universities, and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol) and Associate Follow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS).
