Mr Cutts is a Senior Client Partner in our Korn Ferry Dubai office leading the Consumer advisory practice. His work involves ensuring that his clients’ talent strategy and related talent management processes are closely aligned with organisational strategy. Nic works directly with individuals in his leadership assessment and coaching activities; with teams in his leadership development and team development work; and at the organisational level in his succession management, talent strategy, and organisational development work.

Mr Cutts has over 18 years’ experience in total, and has been working in the Middle East for the past 8 years. He has managed large projects for multi-national companies including executive level assessments, leadership development programmes, C-level succession, and competency framework projects. Recent consultancy successes have included:

  • Embedding succession management processes across a global FMCG company
  • Redesigning talent management processes and competency framework design in a large family owned conglomerate
  • Large scale executive assessment and coaching for a large regional telecoms provider

Before joining Korn Ferry, he worked in senior positions for several of the top talent management consultancy firms operating in the EMEA region. Originally from the UK, his work has led him to travel across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. His high profile work in the UK included acting as a named executive assessor for the UK Home Office and National Health Service.

Mr Cutts holds the Specialist in Psychometric Testing license from the British Psychological Society and has trained and accredited many psychometric practitioners across the World in a variety of different tools. He holds a BSc(Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from prominent London Universities, and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (CPsychol) and Associate Follow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS).
