Nikki Kay joined Futurestep in 2002 and has worked across all Futurestep service lines. 

In October 2013, Ms. Kay relocated to Los Angeles from New Zealand and is responsible for the client management and service delivery leadership of RPO and Projects, including the Talent Delivery Centers located in Dallas, Texas and Buenos Aires.

Previously, she was the Client Solutions Director, Service Delivery for Futurestep, New Zealand.  She provided service delivery leadership to Consulting and RPO clients. Assignments included Transformation Manager for NZ’s largest listed company including recruitment model redesign and integration across Australia and New Zealand; and recruitment diagnostic reviews for clients seeking to transform their recruitment functions.

Additionally Ms. Kay was also responsible for internal HR Delivery across Australia and New Zealand, including policy and process alignment, developing an APAC-wide Learning & Development framework and increasing overall visibility through metrics and communications.

During 2009, she led Futurestep’s largest RPO for Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd, NZ. Leading a team of 30+ consultants based in Australia and New Zealand, she was responsible for all client management and service delivery leadership.

Prior to this in 2008, Ms. Kay was seconded from Futurestep to Renewable Energy Corporation (REC) in Singapore as the VP of HR, reporting to the CEO, and was instrumental to the HR set up and expansion of REC’s Singapore operation, including: OD, Remuneration, H & S, HRIS and Employee Welfare. She was responsible for driving the design and implementation of talent acquisition strategies for the 500+ hires for this greenfields manufacturing site.

Previous experience includes consulting with KPMG Consulting, Global Career Link and Robert Walters, as well as in-house TA leadership with The Gap (UK).

Ms. Kay brings over 20 years' experience in Human Resources management and recruitment consulting, gained in the UK, USA, New Zealand and Singapore.
