Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Waldman was a managing partner, senior partner, and Health Care practice leader in the Atlanta office of another executive search firm. Prior to his executive search career, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development with Advanced Cancer Technologies. Previously, he also served as the Vice President, Health Care Services of a national consulting organization.

He has more than 25 years of executive search experience. He has conducted more than 500 senior-level assignments in the health care services industry with a primary focus on investor-owned multi-site, multi-state provider organizations, managed care, healthcare technology and specialty healthcare services.​

Mr. Waldman serves on the Advisory Board of Centauri Health Solutions, a leading provider of technology enabled solutions for risk adjustment and quality-based revenue programs.

Mr. Waldman received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Colorado.
