Mr. Veldhuis is passionate about working with clients and releasing the full potential of their organizations and human capital. He assisted in designing and implementing a transformation program, consisting of the elements organization, leadership, talent, culture, and KPIs/reporting for a Dutch utilities company.

Mr. Veldhuis led an internal application and placement process, following a reorganization of a Dutch utilities company. He also helped create an HR toolbox for defining job descriptions, including training and coaching of the client HR department in applying the methodology for a Dutch/Belgian retail company.

Mr. Veldhuis is an experienced management consultant and HR professional with ten years of experience in management consulting and client HR functions.

He is specialized in managing organizational design and organizational transformation programs with a strong HR focus. His other functional expertise includes talent management and succession planning.

Mr. Veldhuis's industry experience includes utilities (grid and retail), telecommunications, oil and gas, retail, and the public sector.

As a person Mr. Veldhuis can be qualified as analytically strong, with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Mr. Veldhuis holds a masters degree in business administration (strategy, organization and innovation) from the VU University of Amsterdam. He is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained and a certified PRINCE2 and ITIL v3 practitioner.
