Prior to re-joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Pehlivan was with another leading global executive search firm for the past 4 years. She played an instrumental role in the establishment of the firm's Istanbul office, and worked predominantly with her clients in Industrial and Life Sciences sectors. After 3 years, she was expatriated to the Copenhagen office of the same firm and managed numerous international search assignments for her Nordic Clients.

Ms. Pehlivan started her career with Akbank in 2000 as a junior economist, and she was actively involved in the change management processes of the bank as a core member of the Strategic Planning team.

ozlem Pehlivan brings almost two decades of professional experience, the majority of which has been in executive search and talent acquisition. She brings deep understanding of leadership and succession issues of her clients particularly in Life Sciences and Industrial sectors, and her functional expertise is in the supply chain domain.

Ms. Pehlivan started her executive search career in 2004 at Korn Ferry Istanbul where she worked for seven years. She managed various executive search assignments in Turkey and across the EMEA region with a broad view of the Industrial, Life Sciences and Technology sectors. She later worked for Vodafone and SAP as Talent Acquisition Leader where she supported the growth plans of both organisations in Turkey.

Ms. Pehlivan received her Bachelor in Economics from Bogazici University in Turkey. During 2013-2016, she served on the board of Bogazici University's Alumni Society.

She is a native speaker of Turkish and fluent in English.
