Mr. Surridge is an experienced management consultant and has eight years of experience in talent and transformation with a range of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organizations across industrial, pharmaceutical, ICT, and financial services sectors. He leads a number of client engagements involving leadership and talent evaluation and development, executive coaching, strategic alignment, organizational effectiveness, and high-potential programs.

Mr. Surridge typically works with senior leadership teams and has designed many programs and interventions as part of transformational change initiatives across multiple disciplines including sales, marketing, procurement, HR, finance, and IT.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Surridge was a senior consultant with a human capital consultancy specializing in leadership and talent assessment and development programs and has led a number of large transformation programs across EMEA with many global organizations.

Prior to moving into consultancy, Mr. Surridge held a number of management roles in product and project management, key account management, marketing, and business development within the industrial and utilities sectors.

Mr. Surridge holds a master’s of business administration (with distinction) from the University of Leicester Business School and a diploma in management.
