Peter Edridge


Peter Edridge is a Principal for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Dubai office.

Mr. Edridge has led HR transformation projects and other initiatives in relation to employee rewards, performance management, employee engagement and development. He has led the High Performance Culture initiative from an HR perspective for a bank in Greece and partnered with the business in revamping moral and boosting the business results, by fostering a “new way of doing things”.

Mr. Edridge has worked on numerous projects with organizations from a wide spectrum of industries such as aviation, oil and gas, banking, manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities, and family owned businesses.

Mr. Edridge began his career in the banking industry holding senior and top line HR roles for 14 years. He was then a senior consultant with Korn Ferry in the Athens office. Mr. Edridge went back to an HR director line role with a multinational pharmaceutical company for about a year and then joined Qatar Airways based in Doha as an HR Manager in organizational design and HR policies before re-joining Korn Ferry in the Dubai office.

Mr. Edridge’s expertise lies in translating and implementing corporate strategy and business plans into meaningful objectives. He designs operating models and organizational structures enabling organizations to utilize their full potential. Mr. Edridge designs and implements effective systems and strategic people management. He has run training projects in job analysis and job evaluation in the Middle East, Egypt and Greece.

Mr. Edridge holds a master’s degree in information management from Lancaster University, UK.
