Ms. Firestone brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in change management, talent and organizational strategy from roles inside industry as well as professional services consulting.

She has worked with C-suite to frontline clients in multiple industries, including private equity, aerospace and defense, technology, entertainment, consumer products, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, and public safety. Some of her past work experience and former clients include Virgin America, Gallo Winery, The Walt Disney Company, Aetna, Kellogg, ebay, HPE, Ingram Micro, Kaiser Permanente, and the Los Angeles County Fire Department. She has deep expertise in talent strategy, change management and culture, DE&I assessment, HR transformation and effectiveness, and organizational design.

Prior to her role at Korn Ferry, Ms. Firestone was a senior manager with Accenture Strategy in their talent and organization practice. Preceding that role, she was vice president of organization development at Nintendo. She has also worked for IBM Global Business Consulting, at Los Angeles County Fire Department, and at Kaiser Permanente.

She is experienced and certified in various Korn Ferry assessments for succession planning, diversity and inclusion, culture, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and coaching. She is also certified in Situational Leadership II and Covey Leadership; talent, interpersonal, conflict, negotiation, and culture assessments.

Ms. Firestone received her master of arts degree in organizational development from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, and her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, California. She is a Registered Nurse, certified in trauma and critical care.

She is a 20+-year volunteer with Project Angel Food in Los Angeles, California.
