Bringing over fifteen years of professional experience in professional services and industry, Mr. Declety has been an active and recognized force in the technology and digital world since 2008.

Mr. Declety focuses on search and assessments for professional services, technology and digital (both pure players and brick & mortars) companies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has completed many high-profile engagements helping organizations attract, assess and retain their senior leadership teams for private, quoted and PE backed companies.

Prior to his current position, Mr Declety was at SAP France as an industry principal for the media, telecom and utilities markets. Previously at Accenture, he was part of a team who led the human performance and business consulting offerings in the utilities, natural resources and communication sectors. In 1999, Mr. Declety joined Alcan, the world's third largest producer of aluminum, as a key account manager and finance controller for the can stock division. He began his career at Lafarge, a leader in building materials, as a sales and product manager.

Mr. Declety graduated from EM Lyon in 1992.
