Pierre Chabot is an Associate Client Partner, based in the firm’s Toronto office.

Mr. Chabot consults on all aspects of compensation, (measurements, structure, market alignment, pay equity, etc.) with large and small employers, throughout Canada, in the private and public sectors.

Mr. Chabot has extensive experience developing compensation plans and salary administration programs, for all organization levels, designing and conducting industry-specific national pay surveys. He works with clients across all industries, including communications, forest products, food services, retail, manufacturing, real estate, government, and crown corporations.

Mr. Chabot helps clients review, design, develop, and implement incentive-based compensation plans, such as pay-for-performance plans and group incentive plans. He regularly assists clients in the implementation of their job evaluation methodology.

Mr. Chabot is a lead consultant in matters of provincial pay equity and has been responsible for implementing numerous pay equity plans in Ontario, Québec and with federally regulated employers. 

Mr. Chabot obtained his bachelor in social sciences within the honors program in sociology from the University of Ottawa and also holds a certified compensation professional (CCP) designation. Prior to entering the consulting field, he held increasingly responsible positions in human resources management, specializing in compensation.

Mr. Chabot works clients in English and French.
