Prashant Jha is an Associate Client Partner In our India office. He brings in 16+ years of rich corporate experience in various leadership positions in HR Strategy, Organization Development and Business Transformation.

Mr. Jha’s prior roles include Management & Strategy consulting with leading consulting firms and a Leadership HR role in a manufacturing firm.

He has handled large scale HR transformation projects including organization restructuring, design of HR processes, training and development design and change Management.

Mr. Jha has helped with organization structuring and staffing for large government, public service and manufacturing entities. These engagements included several change management and business process improvement initiatives. 

Mr. Jha has handled organization restructuring, manpower planning, establishing performance management systems and developing various HR systems and policies for a major Development Banking PSU including communication and change management workshops.

He has managed performance management systems and variable pay plan design in large manufacturing and PSU sector in the Banking and Microfinance space.

Mr. Jha created business process re-engineering and change management frameworks for several state police organizations as a part of a large integrated police project at the central level.

Mr. Jha has led several large integrated Strategy & Change management assignments ranging from restructuring to setting up new processes in the Manufacturing Industries, Government, Public Sector and Financial Sector. He has considerable experience in the areas of Strategy & Visioning, Competency design & assessments, Organization re-structuring, HR Transformation and Performance management system design. 

Mr. Jha holds an MBA degree in HR from SIBM, Pune and is a graduate in economics from the college of Commerce.
