Rabih assessed the strategic plans of a prominent regional university and identified new revenue streams to decrease its tuition dependency as well as synergy extractions leading to cost savings.

He facilitated strategy clarification sessions at Board level for a large banking institution to develop a bank wide KPI framework.

He designed change management plans and lead a large transformation project for an oil & gas regional player facing difficulties managing lower production output levels.

Rabih managed the integration of different business units of a regional telecom operator in order to face aggressive competition and increase its ARPU.

He is fluent in Arabic, English & French.

His clients include: Abu Dhabi Department of Transport, Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, Dubai World Central, American University of Sharjah, Dubai Islamic Bank, GNPOC, FERTIL, Oman Dry Dock.

Rabih designed governance and operating models for organisations in various industries, identifying core business delivery units, core processes and linking it to strategy.  He conducted due diligence on a regional transport government entity and developed strategic organizational scenarios to contribute to the delivery of the country’s long term vision.

Rabih holds an MBA with distinction from both the Sorbonne & Dauphine Universities in Paris and a bachelor degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut. He has attended specialised programmes at INSEAD (Fontainebleau)  in managing partnerships and strategic alliances.
