Rebecca Grover is the Center of Excellence Leader across Australia and New Zealand and is responsible for leading a team of sourcing, technology, process and innovation specialists to create and drive ‘best-in-class’ practices across Futurestep’s RPO and Project solutions. 

With over 15 years of talent acquisition consulting and operational experience, Ms. Grover heads a thought-leading sourcing and innovation team to define and execute candidate-centric attraction and screening strategies that fit the corporate agenda of each of our RPO clients.

Ms. Grover has a multifaceted background that originated in the agency sector where she successfully set up new service provisions for leading recruitment agencies. Since then she spent many years working for RPO leaders designing and implementing global end-to-end transformation programs across a variety of professional services organizations including: Financial, Pharmaceutical and Management Consulting.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Ms. Grover was a transformation consultant at BP where she was responsible for delivering programs in a decentralized and sensitive environment that aligned BP’s global digital, talent attraction and employer brand strategies.

She is passionate about candidate experience and ‘simplification’ bringing deep subject matter expertise and thought-leadership to all her resourcing initiatives. Recognising the nuances of each clients corporate strategy, Ms. Grover prides herself on ensuring that her clients' reputation, timescales and customer profile are at the forefront of any solution that is deployed.

Ms. Grover holds a BA Honors Degree in Economics and business from Leicester University in the UK.
