Co-lead, Global Financial Officers Practice. EMEA

Rebecca Morland co-leads the Global Financial Officers Practice and is a member of the Board Practice. She is passionate about working with organisations and CFOs to advance the quality and diversity of global financial leadership.

Based in the London office, she has over fifteen years’ experience of leading CFO and senior finance search assignments, and has consulted broadly on organisational and talent development issues affecting the role of the CFO and the finance function.

Rebecca is also engaged in non-executive searches where there is a requirement for a finance background.  In this context she has led a number of Chair of Audit assignments.

She works on behalf of a wide variety of organisations including large global corporations, UK and European public companies, and private equity backed businesses.  She operates across all industries and is known for her relationships with best-in-class finance talent, both existing and emerging.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Rebecca worked for a pan-European executive search firm that focused exclusively on the needs of private equity funds and other control stake financial investors.  There she led the Chief Financial Officers practice, managing pre- and post-transaction CFO assignments on behalf of private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

Earlier in her career, Rebecca was at a financial services search firm where she focused on the investment banking market.

Rebecca has a Master of Arts degree in History and Management Studies from the University of Cambridge.
