Ms. Slan Jerusalim has spent more than twelve years in the consulting industry. In her current role, she is involved in a wide range of work, including assessments for selection, development and high potential identification, coaching, competency modeling, and succession planning, working across industries. She often manages broad assessment engagements for leadership development, working with senior-level executives to identify key components and challenges of their roles, assessing them against leadership profile criteria, and coaching them. She also analyzes aggregate results to determine group level implications and facilitate action planning.

Previously, Ms. Slan Jerusalim was the Canadian Manager of Assessment Services, providing assessment interpretation, feedback, and consultation for senior-level executives across a large cross-section of industries.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Slan Jerusalim worked as a consultant at a small boutique firm, as well as for her own consulting practice, where she designed leadership competency models for a variety of leadership positions; developed behavioral-based leadership assessments tools; facilitated job analysis, skills modeling, and interview training focus groups; and analyzed the impact of succession management systems on employee and organizational outcomes.

Ms. Slan Jerusalim’s work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and business reports in the areas of high-potential identification, leadership assessment and development, and work-life balance. She has also been invited to present at various industry conferences, including the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the Canadian Psychological Association.

Ms. Slan Jerusalim holds an masters degree and Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Guelph. She is certified in wide variety of assessment tools.
