Senior Principal


Rebecca Slan Jerusalim is a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Toronto office.

Ms. Slan Jerusalim has worked in the consulting industry since the early 2000s. In her current role, she manages broad assessment engagements to address a variety of talent questions, providing feedback and support to senior leaders to best enhance individual and team performance, and optimize talent broadly within the organization. She works across all industries.

Previously, she was the Canadian Manager of Assessment Services. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she worked at boutique firms and ran her own practice. 

Her areas of focus include: assessments for selection, development and high potential identification, executive coaching, competency modeling, top team effectiveness, and succession planning. She has also had responsibility to bring the firm’s diversity and inclusion programs, particularly in Advancing Women, into the Canadian market.

She typically works with executives at the director level and above. 

Ms. Slan Jerusalim is a registered psychologist, who holds a doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Guelph. She is certified in a wide variety of assessment tools. She is a recognized expert in the industry and has been invited to present at various industry conferences, including the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the Canadian Psychological Association.
