Reena Wahi is a Client Partner with Korn Ferry Hay Group's Gurgaon Office. She works with clients advising and supporting execution of strategic priorities, driving transformation and delivering business value.

She has over 20 years of experience and brings blend of Consulting and Business experience spanning across diverse industries.

Prior to the current role, Ms. Wahi was an Executive Director – Human Resource with Cushman & Wakefield where she was driving organisation transformation and growth agenda for South Asia. In her corporate stint, she has worked with companies like GE, AMEX, Aviva etc in leadership roles.

Her clients include organizations like Sapient, Hewlett Packard, Mahindra & Mahindra, EY, Amazon India, JFS and Jacobs Engineering among others. 

Ms. Wahi has worked with diverse multinational (American, European, Scandinavian) as well as Indian clients to identify needs and deliver effective solutions and advisory in the area of Organizational Development, Leadership Assessment and Development, Human Resource Strategy , Talent Management and Total Rewards.

Ms. Wahi coaches Senior Executives and high potential leaders, to enhance their skills to deliver organizational performance today and prepare for future challenges.

She has extensive experience in building leadership capability and conducting top team assessments, designing and delivering leadership programs and conducting individual as well as team coaching sessions.

Ms. Wahi also specializes in Total Reward Strategy & Design along with Job Evaluation.

Ms. Wahi holds Master’s degree Human Resources & Organizational Development from Delhi School Of Economics (University of Delhi). She has completed her Executive Course in Management from INSEAD.

She is certified in the KFHG Behavioural Event Interviewing Methodology, Competency Coding, Proprietary Leadership Development Methodology and Job Evaluation Methodology. She is accredited in KFALP and KFAR Assessment Tools.

Ms. Wahi is a certified coach from ICF on the Fulfillment Coaching Model.
