Richard Muscat is a Senior Principal for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s Manchester office.

Mr. Muscat works across local government, health and the not for profit sector in partnership with leaders to design and implement new ways of working, to ensure they are able to deliver their vision and strategy. He works with clients to craft a solution that will help them achieve their objectives across the leadership, reward and organizational design space, helping to use and develop the capacity and capability available in the best way.

Mr. Muscat works at the combined authority down to individual organizational level to deliver real, impactful change and improved services for customers and residents.

Mr. Muscat has worked for Korn Ferry Hay Group for seven years and brings reward, leadership and organizational design expertise in public services and the not for profit sector. He has an unique insight into the public and not for profit sector, having authored Korn Ferry Hay Group’s research into place leadership and worked in economic development at a think tank and the Core Cities Group.

Mr. Muscat is a relationship manager within the firm, building positive and impactful relationships and has the skills and expertise to work across most business lines, therefore providing added value to the client.

Mr. Muscat has a masters in applied research and consultancy and a bachelor’s of science in biological sciences, both from Lancaster University. He is also accredited in Prince 2 (foundation) project management techniques.
