Mr. Castree-Croad is an experienced coach and facilitator with a proven track record working alongside organisations to realise their potential through people. In particular, he works with companies and individuals to uncover what drives them and how they can get the best from one another.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a partner at a boutique leadership development and executive coaching company where, in addition to delivering on senior executive leadership development and coaching programs, he was also responsible for the oversight and ongoing development of a team of executive coaches.

Previously, Mr. Castree-Croad enjoyed a highly successful career in executive recruitment before moving across to the talent management practice of Hudson, firstly as a coach, then as the operations manager for the NSW business.

He has been instrumental in helping leaders up to C-level reach their goals from a wide range of organisations.

Mr. Castree-Croad is accredited in a range of instruments including the Lominger Leadership Architect Suite, Hogan, Human Synergistics LSI/GSI, MBTI step I & II, and the MSCEIT.

His practical experience is underpinned by a bachelor’s degree (hons.) in psychology from the University of Portsmouth, and a master’s degree in applied science (psychology of coaching) from the University of Sydney.
