RJ Heckman, PhD has worked in talent management consulting and leadership development fields for 25 years. He consults with many of Korn Ferry's 7,000 clients, representing a large percentage of the world's top organizations. He has worked as an internal HR leader for two Fortune 50 companies, a CEO of a global leadership advisory firm, and serves as a consultant to boards, CEOs and CHROs of more than 100 Global Fortune 1000 companies.

RJ Heckman was the president and CEO of PDI Ninth House from 2008 to 2013. During that time he led the acquisition and integration of Ninth House, and he positioned PDI Ninth House to become the premier global leadership solutions organization.

Prior to his role as CEO, RJ held key leadership positions at Honeywell and AT&T as well as PDI.

He has lived and worked in New York, Boston, and Tokyo, and currently resides in Minneapolis with his wife and two children. A published author and sought-after speaker, RJ is a frequent presenter at both professional and academic venues. He also sits on the board of directors at PDI Ninth House.

RJ has a Ph.D. in I/O psychology from the University of Tulsa.
