Senior Client Partner, Financial Officer Practice
Robert Lamp is a Senior Client Partner within Korn Ferry's Global Financial Officer Practice helping organizations align their talent needs to their business strategy. This includes a wide spectrum of client services from executive recruitment to CFO succession planning, assessment, coaching and leadership development strategies.
Serving as a core member of the Financial Officer Practice for the last decade, Mr. Lamp focuses on supporting Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officers to build best-in-class teams by recruiting for all senior-level finance positions, including Chief Financial Officers, Chief Accounting Officers / Corporate Controllers, Treasurers, Internal Audit leaders, Tax management and other division finance executives.
Throughout Mr. Lamp’s tenure at Korn Ferry, he has led numerous prominent engagements across the industrial, healthcare, consumer, and technology sectors, focusing on Fortune 1000 companies.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Lamp participated in a Fortune 100 Finance Leadership Development Program, working in various financial disciplines including FP&A, Audit, and Controllership.
Mr. Lamp received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida.
