Robert Mintz is a Senior Partner for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's New York office.

Mr. Mintz is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and consulting psychologist, helping CEOs and boards identify and accelerate the readiness of C-Suite successors and global high potentials. He is a member of the global CEO Succession Practice, serving as a Lead Assessor to this practice. In addition he co-leads Korn Ferry's Chief Executive Institute, Executive to Leader Institute, Chief Financial Officer Institute, and Chief Human Resources Officer Institute.

Mr. Mintz provides highly customized top leader development and onboarding strategies to C-Suite and board candidates, partnering with clients to increase leader effectiveness and impact.

Mr. Mintz has extensive experience providing board, director, and CEO performance evaluations globally, across a wide range of industries, including technology, media/entertainment, financial services, consumer products and services, professional services, family-owned businesses, and private equity.

Previously, Mr. Mintz founded a board and C-Suite consulting firm, serving a wide array of global clients, serving as a trusted advisor to CEOs, board chairs, and lead directors with regard to top team selection, development, alignment, and effectiveness. Prior to that, he spent more than two decades in global CHRO/senior human resources roles at EDS, Time Warner, PepsiCo, and Revlon.

Mr. Mintz holds bachelor's and master's degrees from The Ohio State University and earned a master's degree and doctor of philosophy degree in human and organizational development from The Fielding Institute. He is a member of the Society for Consulting Psychology (APA), and devotes considerable time to college and university leader development initiatives, currently serving as a mentor for The Entrepreneurial Institute at Yale. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior and as an Executive Partner at The Mason School of Business at The College of William & Mary.
