Robyn Cameron is a Senior Client Partner and Global Solution Architect for Korn Ferry Hay Group, based in the firm’s New York City office.

Ms. Cameron is a member of the global leadership team of Korn Ferry Hay Group Rewards and Benefits practice area. She has a track record of developing and bringing innovative solutions to her clients in the areas of design, financing, and delivery of global benefits and rewards.

Ms. Cameron joined Korn Ferry from Cigna, where she led the North America global health benefits business, as well as the national accounts segment of the US healthcare and group benefits businesses. Prior to joining Cigna, Ms. Cameron had a 25 year career with Mercer, where most recently she was the global leader of the international consulting group.

Throughout her career, Ms. Cameron has worked with multinational organizations and large national employers across a wide spectrum of industries, on a broad range of global and US benefits and rewards topics.

Ms. Cameron has particular expertise assisting clients to develop global rewards and benefits philosophies and strategies, aligned to overall business objectives. She then helps them design and implement programs around the world in accordance with the strategy. This includes programs for locally hired employees, as well as those who are globally mobile.

During her time at Mercer, Ms. Cameron was heavily engaged in supporting her clients with the HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Ms. Cameron has a bachelor of science, majoring in mathematics, from the University of Western Australia. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
