Rodrigo Araújo is the Regional Market Leader of Latin America at Korn Ferry's Global Life Sciences & Healthcare Services Markets serving global and domestic players in a wide range of industry sectors within the Health spectrum – Pharma MedTec Hospitals Biotech and related. He is based in the Firm’s Sao Paulo office.

From 2016 to 2019 Rodrigo led the KF operations in Argentina, based in our office in Buenos Aires. Since October 2019, he leads KF Executive Search practice in Brazil.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Rodrigo worked in the Human Resources area with Petrobr's, the Brazilian petrochemical powerhouse, and also completed a marketing internship at United Distillers/Diageo, the global beverage giant.   

With more than 24 years of experience in KF, dedicated to Executive Search with particularly focus on Health, Automotive, Basic Materials and Consumer sectors. As Partner of the Firm, leads and drives the Health practice for LatAm, covering KF Solutions in key markets as South Florida, US, Mexico/CA and SouthAm/Brazil.

Successfully recruited numerous senior executives within the global marketplace as well as managed transformational projects combining leadership development, career acceleration of future leaders, assessment and succession, cultural alignment and rewards strategy initiatives.

Accumulated the leadership role for the Institutional Marketing & Communications for the SouthAm region and is the Chairman of the Regional and member do the Global Promotions Committee at KF.            

Rodrigo holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Fundação Armando "lvares Penteado, FAAP, a renowned Brazilian institution. He completed his education with post graduation courses in Strategic Business Management and Corporate Strategic Planning at Business School São Paulo/BSP as well as in Marketing at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
