Rogier Kerkhof is Senior Client Partner for the Reward & Pension Solutions practice, based in the firm’s Amsterdam office.

Mr. Kerkhof advises organizations on reward and pension-related topics. He masters the ability to clearly communicate how to organize and implement new reward policies and pension schemes within an organization. His broad experience within a pension insurance company is unique; through this experience he acquired the skills to oversee the whole value chain.

Mr. Kerkhof supports organizations in designing and (re)negotiating pension schemes. He is involved in strategic pension discussions and transfers complex information into clear language. 

Mr. Kerkhof has broad professional knowledge of all pension-related topics, such as advising and consulting organizations about pension schemes, negotiating contracts with insurers and unions, adapting pension schemes to the current market situation, financial risk management for pension funds and corporates, international financial reporting standards and financial account standards calculations, asset liability management studies, advising on mergers and acquisitions and due diligence, and personal consulting on executive pensions.

Before he joined Korn Ferry, Mr. Kerkhof was a partner at a Dutch actuarial firm. He is guest lecturer at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. 

Mr. Kerkhof graduated with a masters degree in fiscal economics and followed a management program at INSEAD. He also graduated the foundation course in law. Mr. Kerkhof joined Korn Ferry in 2009 after a career of ten years within ING and Nationale-Nederlanden, where he was director commercial affairs group life and director product management group life/legal advice & policy (Dutch market leader in pensions).
