Ron Garonzik, Ph.D.

Senior Client Partner

Ron Garonzik is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Boston office.

Mr. Garonzik has worked in the private and public sectors, with domestic, international, and global organizations. Partnering with clients on a range of strategic talent management initiatives, he helps identify high potential talent, develop senior leadership talent and executive succession as aligned to the demands of changing business priorities, and CEO succession.

Mr. Garonzik works with a broad range of senior executive leadership teams to enhance integration, decision-making, and business performance. He has served as a coach and advisor to senior executives, helping on-board and develop new CEOs, and acted as a human capital advisor to incumbent CEOs.

Previously, Mr. Garonzik was the global expertise leader for talent management and executive assessment at Korn Ferry. He was a long-serving member of Korn Ferry’s McClelland Center for Research & Innovation leadership team.

Mr. Garonzik has helped clients implement large scale organizational redesign and change efforts that incorporate strategy clarification and top executive team alignment, the setting and cascading of strategic accountabilities, and the leveraging of people capability to enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives. His senior executive and CEO succession practice is international in scope, and he consults at the board level. He is a member of Korn Ferry’s Board Solutions advisory council.

Mr. Garonzik holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree from Tel-Aviv University, and a doctorate from Boston University, all in psychology. His doctoral work targeted the identification of personal and organizational factors leading to the successful expatriation of international assignees of multinational companies.
