Ms. Marcellus is considered a diversity and inclusion thought leader. She regularly presents at industry events and trade shows on behalf of the firm and its clients.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was a consultant with top international management-consulting firm and has nineteen years of executive experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of culture change, leadership, high-potential development, diversity strategy development, implementation, process re-engineering, systems implementation, performance management, training design and development, project management, and operations management.

She has special expertise in inclusion strategy creation, organizational change management, and metrics.

Ms. Marcellus is an accomplished author. Her recent publications include the white papers "A Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Change Management Methodology" and, co-authored with Gerry Lupacchino, "Ten Elements for Sustaining the ROI of Diversity and Inclusion Training Solutions."

She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and won the prestigious Woman of the Year award in 2010. Additionally, she is a member of the board at Cincinnati Center City Development Center (3CDC).

Ms. Marcellus holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor of arts degree from Chennai, India.
