Sandra Kozlowski is a Principal in Korn Ferry’s New York office, where she is a member of the Firm’s Global Consumer Market.

Ms. Kozlowski specializes in assignments particularly within the retail, hospitality and luxury space, and assists in building out senior management teams and boards of directors. Her practice also includes a concentration in healthcare, legal, compliance, risk and human resources. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies, privately held corporations to private equity firms. Ms. Kozlowski began her search career in 2006 with another global firm.

Earlier, Ms. Kozlowski was a practicing attorney with Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston. Later, she returned to New York where she represented high-profile clients in civil and criminal actions.

Ms. Kozlowski is the founder and former chairman of The Young Professionals Committee for the Susan G. Komen, Greater NYC, Breast Cancer Foundation, and served as chair of the board from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, she served as chairman of the Young New Yorkers for the New York Philharmonic from 2011 to 2016 and is now a member of the Women’s Leadership Council to the Lincoln Center. She is a committee member of the Phillips Exeter Academy Alumni for Greater New York and was named to the Board of Advisors of the Hospital for Special Surgery in 2014.

Ms. Kozlowski earned her master’s degree in business administration and juris doctor degree from Columbia University, and obtained an undergraduate degree from Middlebury College. She is a member of the New York and Massachusetts State Bars. She is fluent in Spanish.
