Specializing in benefits and actuarial consulting, Mr. Lazarus works with organizations by helping them properly administer their benefit plans and align their benefit strategy with the overall goals of the organization. He has assisted a wide range of clients with the implementation of their benefit plans and also assisted Korn Ferry's reward, executive, and total compensation practices.

Mr. Lazarus works on a wide range of employee benefit issues including retirement benefit and health benefit consulting for a variety of clients, in both the public and private sectors. He works on total reward analyses, and recommends plan design changes to make client's benefits programs more cost efficient and competitive.

Mr. Lazarus has performed actuarial reviews of Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription Drug Plans. He has also performed actuarial audits of Medicare Advantage and Part D plans using his in-depth understanding of health care actuarial rate development.

Mr. Lazarus works on executive and total remuneration benchmarking and analysis.

Mr. Lazarus is an associate in the Society of Actuaries, an enrolled actuary, and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Mr. Lazarus holds a bachelor of science in Talmudic law from Regents College via Mercaz Hatorah University in Jerusalem.
